1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Timberline Codecraft website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Provision of Services

Timberline Codecraft provides custom software development, legacy system modernization, and consultation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and intellectual property transfers are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) signed by clients.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, all materials, concepts, and code displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Timberline Codecraft.

4. Limitation of Liability

Timberline Codecraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our website.
